Just press on relevant bucket то move it into the center of the screen according to falling ball.
There are three game modes: 
Beginners, with a constant velocity of the ball
Normal: with the accelerating rate of fall ball
Expert: with variable speed and a few balls.
Score for each mode stored separately.
