Word Mint is a unique word puzzle that combines word power with strategy. If you can form a 3 letter word you can play it. It allows the player to build words by moving letters on the game board. However, building single words only gets you so far - the player discovers that when she forms one or more connected (or intersecting) words she can score higher. So the player has to tradeoff between "minting" words the moment they are formed, and holding off to form as many connected words as possible to maximize scoring. However, if she waits too long, the game board can get filled up. In other words the player is playing against themselves. Word power or knowledge is necessary but not sufficient. With two modes - Timed, which lets you play for 2 minutes and Moves, that gives you 50 moves, Word Mint offers endless game play that will challenge everyone from a novice to word wizards.
